表音と綴りのコンピューター分析（Phonetic and Orthographic Computer Analysis (POCA) Program）が公開
FDAは、医薬品の発音と綴りを照合するプログラムを9月17日に公開した。
これは、一義的に医薬品の取り間違えを防ぐために用いられる。

POCA System の全体像
POCA（表音と綴りのコンピューター分析）プログラムは、高度なアルゴリズムを使用して、2つの薬剤名間の綴りと表音の類似性を判断するソフトウェアツールです。 プログラムは、薬物名を、ソフトウェアに含まれるいくつかの異なる「データソース」にある複数の薬物名と比較できます。 このダウンロードを通じて提供されるデータソースは次のとおりです。
- DrugsAtFDA (updated monthly)
- RxNorm (updated monthly)
- Suffixes in the proper name of approved biological products (updated monthly)
- United States Adopted Names

POCA Source Code
FDA POCAソフトウェアをダウンロードする際には、次のリンクをクリックしてください。 インストールzipファイルをコンピューターに保存し、zipファイルの一部であるPOCAインストールガイドの指示に従ってください。

このzipファイルには、POCAアプリケーションのコンパイル済みバージョンとソースコードの両方が含まれています。 コンパイルされたバージョンは、多くのコンピューターでテスト済みでインストールされています。POCAは、Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1およびOracle 9i Database用に開発されたWebベースのアプリケーションです。 次のものが含まれるようにアップグレードされました。

Installation Overview
POCAデータベースとアプリケーションをインストールする前に、WebアプリケーションをインストールするPCにMicrosoft .Net Framework 4.0とインターネットインフォメーションサービス（IIS）がインストール済み、およびOracle 12cデータベースソフトウェアがP使用するPCのイデータベース（これらは同じPC上にある場合があります）をインストール済みをを確認すること。提供されている「POCAインストールガイド」の指示に従って、POCAデータベースをダウンロードして作成します。 POCA Webアプリケーションファイルがコンピューターのハードドライブにダウンロードして、Webサーバーが構成されます。アプリケーションが起動して実行されると、アプリケーションの使用手順は、上記のリンクからダウンロードできるPOCAユーザーガイドファイルに記載されています。このファイルは、アプリケーションの「ヘルプ」リンクからも利用できます。Zipファイル内のファイルとフォルダ・これには、アップグレードスクリプトと、Oracleデータベースを作成し、データとPL / SQLルーチンをデータベースにインポートするために使用される完全なORACLEデータベースDump（.dmp）ファイルが含まれています。

This contains a single ascii file in a specific format. Files in this format can be used as data sources for POCA. A description of this format is supplied as a spreadsheet called data_source_template.xls. Please note that POCA data sources must be in the ascii specific pipe delimited format. This ER diagram is provided as a reference so users can understand how the tables relate to each other and to get a general feel for the size of the system. - FDA POCA TECHNICAL USERS GUIDE
Some of this refers to how POCA is set up at FDA and is not relevant to installing POCA. This might be useful to a programmer who wanted to modify the POCA system. - ODAC folder
This folder contains different versions of the Oracle.DataAccess.dll file that you may need to use during installation (see the installation guide).
