brexitに伴う　ema本部の引っ越し計画

EMAは、英国ロンドンから　オランダ・アムステルダムへの移転の具体案を発表した。

   事務は、実質　closed。遠隔操作で対応
3. 3月11日（月）～3月15日(金)
   スタッフが、オランダへ移動
   暫定的　本部　（3月11日～）の住所

   尚、今後EMAとのmeetingは、この場所で行われる予定
