FDA mail address変更

FDAは、2019年4月1日より、郵送による申請の窓口を下記に変更することを2月28日付で
発出した。
NDA, ANDA申請を、物理的媒体で行う場合は、郵送先の変更が求められる。
電信申請には、低起用されない。
